Franklin Performance Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

• This giveaway runs from 10/09/25 to 10/10/25.
• All entries must be received before 11:59pm (NZT) on the closing date.

Eligibility

• Open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Franklin Performance, their families, and trade customers are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Follow @FranklinPerformance on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
• Post a photo or video clearly showing Franklin Performance parts.
• Tag @FranklinPerformance in the post.
• Use the hashtag #FranklinPerformanceBuild.
• If posting a video, entrants must notify Franklin Performance which Franklin Performance parts are featured in the engine bay for the entry to be valid.
• Each unique photo or video counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

Story & Edited Entries

• If an entry is shared to an Instagram, Facebook or TikTok Story, or includes text, stickers, or graphics, the entrant must also send the original photo or video to Franklin Performance via direct message or email (sales@franklinperformance.nz) for it to be valid.

Prize

• The prize is one (1) Franklin Performance gift voucher valued at $500 NZD - given in the form of a discount code that will be valid for 1yr from the date of Franklin Performance contacting the winner.
• The voucher is valid for use on Franklin Performance products only.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random after the promotion ends.
• The winner will be announced on Franklin Performance’s official social media pages on 15th October.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message or email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Franklin Performance reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

Rights & Permissions

• By entering, participants grant Franklin Performance a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and use their submitted photos or videos (with credit) across Franklin Performance’s social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

General Conditions

• Franklin Performance reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.
• Franklin Performance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.
