Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
Items may only be returned for credit with our agreement and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unfitted or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@franklinperformance.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return shipping cost is to be covered by the purchaser.

Customs Duties & Tariffs
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Franklin Performance does not control, collect, or cover these fees.
If customs charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, import fees, or charges incurred to bring the goods back to New Zealand will be deducted from any refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If return costs exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the items were obtained especially for you or have been cut to length or otherwise modified for you, then it is unlikely we will be able to agree to them being returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
