Remote filter kit manufactured by Franklin Performance for mounting an oil filter away from your engine — making filter changes easier, or freeing up space in a tight engine bay.
This is a high-quality kit, designed and manufactured at our Napier, NZ factory, with several features to improve oil flow that you won't find on other remote filter kits.
The kit consists of our remote oil filter mount and remote filter adaptor (which screws onto your engine), along with the required hose and fittings. 10AN sized ORB ports are provided on both parts for plumbing engine oil to and from the filter mount, and the bracket can be mounted two different ways to make installation easier.
Kit Includes:
- Remote oil filter mount and remote filter adaptor (3/4" UNF thread to suit your factory oil filter)
- 2.5m of 10AN hose
Both the remote oil filter mount and remote filter adaptor are made from billet high-grade 6061 aluminium and anodised black for great looks and corrosion resistance. The threaded adaptor for the remote filter mount is made from high-quality steel and zinc plated.
